I can also share that I learned with D’Hervey de Saint Denys in his fantastic book “Les Reves et Les Moyens de Les Diriger” (Dreams and means to direct them) that when we are lying down, the whole body can focus much better on its functioning since it’s no longer occupied with the inter-action world. Our physical body organs also work much better when the body is just relaxing.

I do not attend the regular meditations here. I live in the UK so in some cases its just a time issue. For example last time I checked the Yoga Nidra sessions are one at 1 am Tuesday for me.
I do not have a teacher or sangha.
Highly recommend you find a knowledgeable teacher, especially one trained in the Tibetan tradition (they basically perfected the art of Dream Yoga). But any good meditation teacher and or group will help you start to live more Lucid, and the more Lucid you live, the more you will start to have Lucid dreams.

Just wondering if you have any more recommendations for learning Yoga Nidra, specifically interested in working towards being able to do it on my own without the need for a guided audio. For times when I wake up in the night and want to try and consciously relax back into sleep and I cannot be bothered getting up to go get my phone (plus the phone can just wake me up more).
Yes, memorize the 61 points in the body, or memorize the script of your favorite Nidra video or audio recording

when you call back the 61 points, do not judge if they come not in the perfect way, ,just accept and remember the main intention, keeping the connection to your heart and breathing
