I do hoponopono whenever I need it…! LOVE it. very simple and efficient. it has some similarities to some bardos practices…
I have also counted on it in MANY one-on-one sessions and for couples - brilliant!

As asked by @NightHawk999 here it is the FORGIVENESS process from one of my most amazing spiritual teachers… Homaya Amar.
Forgiveness - eng.doc (56.5 KB)
It’s a 28 days process.
here’s a passage:
"FORGIVENESS is a purifying energetic entity present in the Here and Now (even though most people tend to use it for past cases), allowing us to recall and go back to a Consciousness of Oneness in any given moment. This consciousness realizes that there are countless ways to connect which are all valid in Unity, and so it enables us to intensify the inner primal source of light living within us as a wide and all-encompassing source and to experience the freedom to be. "

I usually say this in general, but in this case, it applies SO beautifully for this self-work:
the more you give, the more you will receive - not in sense of A LOT, or as a burden, but of doing it with the heart and being fully there with all you that you are.
Enjoy!

Are you a therapist?

Thank you for asking. Yes, since 2011. I saw on another thread that you are also a therapist! Aloha Brother! :brown_heart:
At the moment not practicing it in a formal way (I support many people and couples in the dream realms). At the moment, just facilitating some retreats and teaching about dreams - but with very few students and for this year it’s almost done (only one retreat to go).
In 2023 a huge shift happened (super lucid dreaming birthing a strong feeling of freedom which led to releasing of the old and some routines) that I’m still processing. I help all my friends though… so, I keep doing the magic just in another context. Feel something new will be born soon… patiently relaxed and opened to it. :cowboy_hat_face:
Have three major personal work to receive in this autumn… one with the school of medicine movement (which will be one month of online work!) and two retreats with Tulku Lobsang… I do feel this will support what wants to come alive next for me.

All the work that I’ve been doing in the last years was consecrated to the vision of a school for children in nature… that’s my highest vision. The three books that I’ve written and published are also dedicated to that possibility.

And back to hoponopono… I have had the privilege of watching people becoming whole again with this simple technique and powerful way of connecting with our fragile and powerful hearts… :infinity:

That’s awesome! Great that you have the freedom to focus on your personal growth and learning in so many areas and still do a lot to help others!

Yesterday finished reading BIG LOVE
Last chapter is very Buddhist…
Here are some highlights:

ā€œThe only way something could be unforgivable is if I’m not loving enough to forgive it - if the darkness that lives within someone’s actions proves greater than the light that lives within my heart.ā€
Page 209

ā€œ(…) a slave to blame rather than a master of acceptance.ā€
Page 210

"We all have everything inside us; we are all beautiful and vile, grounded and unstable, whole and broken. We are all human. When we understand that, and when we’re willing to see ourselves in others, and others in ourselves - through the lens of love - we walk the paths of empathy and compassion, both of which lead to a greater possibility for forgiveness. "
Page 211

ā€œLove compels us to forgive, no matter what.ā€
Page 212

ā€œForgiveness may be the one choice that finally sets you free. Maybe.ā€
Page 213

ā€œIn my experience, the surest way to get beyond the pain of something we see as unforgivable is to find a way to forgive, if, for nothing else, our own mental health and well-being.ā€
Page 214

ā€œSelf-forgiveness is tough, often more difficult than forgiving someone else. Self-everything is tough isn’t it? We can be brutal with ourselves. (…) Can we really forgive ourselves for everything we believe we’ve done? Yes, we can, with willingness, commitment, and work. (…) If you believe in God, then you are a child of God, and as such, you are as worthy of love and forgiveness as anyone who has ever lived.ā€
