Two scenes from Crimson Tide, (1995) one of the best post-cold war movies that takes place on a nuclear sub and has powerful acting from every character. Excellent script! Definitely worth a view if you’ve never seen it. 89% Fresh on RT.
Wikipedia: The film focuses on a clash of wills between the seasoned commanding officer of a U.S. nuclear missile submarine (Gene Hackman) and his new executive officer (Denzel Washington), arising from conflicting interpretations of an order to launch their missiles. The story parallels a real incident during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Excellent Japanese movie, “The Perfect Days.” Not a bang-up super hero movie. A beautiful non-conceptual box of a movie I greatly enjoyed. Worth a view!
