I’ve known people who have gone down a wrong path into bad relationships by believing that they found their one true “soulmate”, Better to find the Beloved everywhere.
Best to find the Beloved everywhere AND your soulmate

If you’ve found your “soulmate” that’s great. The danger I’ve seen is chasing some illusion of soulmate based on some projection of “I’ve met the perfect person who I’m destined to be with”, when they’ve hardly gotten to know the person.
I dont think this projection would qualify as a true soulmate relationship
But they definitely exist, rare.
Right. I’m talking about the illusion of having met one’s soulmate. If one has been with one’s partner for many years, and you feel that they are your soulmate, then who am I to question? Although I don’t think I’ve ever met a “perfect” relationship with no problems.
Perhaps that depends upon what the meaning of problems is . . .
I’ve never seen any relationship that didn’t have some disagreements or conflicts to work out. Although there may be some who just quietly fume. But yeah, perhaps this is not really a problem, if they are able to work things out.
“Everything is perfect exactly as it is,
but there’s always room for improvement.”

I loved this video for many reasons, thank you for posting these 2 vids by him.
I have been pretty deprived of stories like these, its really tough to find a trustworthy source, Sarvapriyananda is one of the few spiritual people I trust greatly.
Loved the story of the guy feeding the cat the offering LOL

Very true.
Im not saying that soulmate relationships are free of obstacles, conflicts or disagreements.
I just think these relationships flow with a stronger energy.
The opposite is also true:

fire and water energy, this combination I would say would be like living with no shelter in the jungle during monsoon season and trying to keep the camp fire from being extinguished

What I notice is that dreams (and intuition) help in strong loving healthy relationships.
Example: two nights ago I dreamt I was with a beloved friend whose mother died two weeks ago.
I hugged him in the dream - pure connection of the heart.
During the day, when I spontaneously connected with him, I made contact. From a very pure source of connection - not from either “neediness” nor “wanting to save him”.
I would say this applies to all relationships.
Such great advice here, thank you beloved ![]()
