Join us next time!

In this time of isolation and stress, it’s helpful to feel connected to others. What we need is social intimacy and physical distancing.

On Thursdays at 1:00 pm Mountain Time, Andrew will be offering free weekly online meetings to share teachings appropriate for this time, and to respond to questions from the community.

We’ll talk about how to work with anxiety, fear, isolation, insomnia, heartbreak, uncertainty, and sickness – for starters. Andrew will continue to offer these weekly gatherings for as long as they are helpful. Practices appropriate to this situation will also be offered.

This is a free event and all are welcome to join and participate!

What great service! Excellent resources and much needed empathetic sharing. Also gives me a good opportunity to practice forbearance.

Andrew spent some time answering a question about racism and what it may be like getting into someone else’s shoes. So anyone who has a VR set can check out this program shown below, and which I found fascinating. You’re right there in the diner, on the bus, in the streets! I still remember riding on busses through the deep south in the early '60s, being shocked by the official segregation in public areas and in private too. Then I remembered what happed with “bussing” in Boston. I grew up in the highly integrated South Bronx, The James Monroe Projects, so that was my reference point as I traveled through a strange, weird, “separate reality.” The program is available for the Oculus Quest and both are worthwhile, particularly during this Bardo.
