Fear Versus Freedom

"

  1. In the animal realm, beings are often driven by primal instincts and face challenges such as predation and environmental dangers, which can lead to a life filled with suffering.
  2. The animal realm is considered lower on the scale of existence compared to human and divine realms, as beings in this realm have less opportunity for spiritual growth and understanding.
  3. The quality of life in the animal realm is largely influenced by karma accumulated from past actions, suggesting that behaviors in previous lives can determine one’s current state.
    4. Beings in the animal realm may experience brief moments of joy but are predominantly trapped in cycles of fear and survival without access to higher wisdom or enlightenment.
  4. The animal realm serves as a reminder for humans to cultivate compassion and mindfulness, recognizing that all sentient beings deserve respect and empathy."

One Taste, Part 1: Identity

"Reflection of the day:

If you can think, yet not be bound by your thoughts,
If you can feel pain, yet not let it claim your soul,
If you can face your problems, yet not wear them as your self.
If you can glimpse your shadow, yet not let it eclipse your light,
If you can hold identity lightly, yet not be tethered to any,
Then the wisdom of being no one,
And the freedom to become anyone,
Unfolds within you—limitless and whole.

Beloved! this is AMAZING.
it has just happened.
before reading what you mentioned:

I read page 33 and received a question I had about the body chacras and the chacras of some deities and what happens when we become them… like you, I LOVE ,mysteries so I thought about you :cowboy_hat_face:
reading this page made me relax (“The symbols are only meant to bring your mind, attention, to the right areas of your body (…)”) and reminded to be patient. In the right moment, the answer will come. (I noticed some patterns in the chacras of humans in the Tibetan tradition and the chacras of some deities… so, more than a contradiction it’s really about being interested in finding more about this and yes, paying attention! )

brilliantly explained.
this is very close to the shadow integration process I learned recently with Charlie Morley. From all work I have done in the last decades, and perhaps because of that, it’s the simplest, and such a powerful technique that I do regularly. I did it recently (beginning of December). If you are still at Mind Valley, it’s in Lesson 23 of Charlie Morley’s “Experience Lucid Dream” Quest.

Dont know how to do this one, but he describes it as:

“Thumb touching the ring finger”

“So called, because it is through this finger that spirits enter a Medium’s body”

What is a Miracle?

“Miracles aren’t magical phenomena that defy the laws of nature. Instead, they emerge when our pain identity—along with its afflictions and emotions—no longer interferes with the natural flow of life.

Just as our health thrives when we allow our biological systems to function freely, nature reveals its full beauty when we step aside and let it flourish. Ignorance, addictions, and other disruptions cloud this process, but when we release them, the miracle begins to unfold.

In this state of completeness, the full beauty of life manifests in harmony, balance, and nourishment, revealing its sacred essence.”
