Fear is born in the concept of "otherness"

I remember in one of Andrew’s audiobooks he mentions something similar to: “fear is born in the concept of otherness”.

I’m trying to find the quote but can’t find it. Does any of you remember the exact quote from Andrew?

He does riff a lot about feat and examines it in many ways. On Page 152 of “Dreams of Light” he quotes the Upanishads, “Where there is other, there is fear.”
