Help with refund

I signed up for the $99 promo last year and haven’t used this at all and now I am unemployed and have recently been charged again for the next year.

I was able to figure out my login to cancel my current subscription… and I responded immediately to the invoice/charge email but got no response.

Is there a way to get a refund? Or a support email? I sent the email to andrew@andrewholecek.com
