Has anyone read the book Mastering Meditation by Forrest Knutson? I recently finished it up and thought it was amazing! I think my favorite part of it was his HRV Resonance breathing technique and his Four Proofs to notice so that you can be sure your meditation is going as it should be. In particular the 4th Proof where you skin and eventually whole body can start feeling like it is tingling/buzzing. Super trippy!
