We attended a White Tara Empowerment given by Garchen Rinpoche in Boston during the summer of 2019, hot as anything. When the ceremony was finished at noon we went outside and in the area over and around the theater— about a few feet on all sides, it hailed! Big hailstones. In Boston, on a summer sunny day! One of his attendants mentioned that that often happens after his Empowerments.
