Go to Sleep You Little Baby - Emmylou Harris, Gillian Welch and Allison Krauss singing an old lullaby. This music was used in the famous siren scene in the film “O Brother Where Art Thou” (loosely based on Homer’s Oddyssey but taking place in the American south):

@_Barry. A bit of history on this song:
Joni Mitchell wrote it (even though she wasn’t at Woodstock, she heard the stories) and Crosby, Still & Nash made it famous. Joni’s version:

I got into this song around Christmas time when I was writing a Call of Cthulhu module set during the Christmas Truce of 1914. A beautiful if brief restoration of sanity in one of the most insane, destructive, and murderous conflicts our world has ever seen.

TRIGGER WARNING: The music video, especially the first part, contains scenes of violence.

What a horrific war and waste of so much human life.

I am glad someone created this artistic memorial. A++++ video and song, really loved the ending. Lest we forget.

So powerful. I had a big synchronicity with this video:

I had been racking my mind for the best instances in human history where God Manifests for one of @_Barry s threads, and could only think of instances in my own life and ones in movies. You nailed it! This has got to be one of the most powerful times of Love Manifesting in human history.

Thank you.
