Thought this video was instructive for a beginner like me. Andrew and others often prescribe doing something like this technique before bed and the instructions here make it easier to connect with the process. There might be slight differences from school to school, but the ideas behind them are congruent.

Yes, I’ve been doing this every day along with the tsa lung exercises. I am new to the Tibetan practices but I have to say my experience is nothing short of amazing so far.
