Hi everybodi.
I’m making a pun on Bodi’s name. He’s a cool guy and I hope he’s okay with it.
It seems kind of weird that I’m turning 80 years old this year and I read Stephen LaBerge’s book 40 years ago. I’m in the Windsor Detroit area living outside of the city of Windsor Ontario.
I’ve also been dream journaling on and off for about 40 years. I’m happy to see what has evolved on the dream state in the last decades. I’m attaching page 179 from the book because that’s where I am these mornings. I use my Samsung watch and ring to track my dream states and am self experimenting with the feedback that I get. My software indicates that I’m in light sleep mode when I’m actually perceiving and compiling the contents of my recall or liminal state or reverie. I’d like connection and feedback from any one experiencing this phenomenon.
Be well my friends

Aloha Mike!
Welcome to this dream :dolphin:

great practice!

This is SO interesting!

Sometimes, in my liminal images, I do have a feeling that it’s almost an awake dream! I do not like to have my mobile on my room though, so I cannot say what software would say about that, but I do feel that Lucid Dreamers and Lucid Sleepers could help improve these applications a lot! It could be an excellent project of bringing together science and experiments.

yuhuuuuu!

:dolphin:

yes! so do I.
TWR is also experimenting a lot with sleep software and shares his experiences on Facebook :fire:

Fariba Bogzaran’s dialogue with Andrew was one of my very favorites and the only one I listened to a second time immediately after the first play:
