  • To relax your body and mind after settling in, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

  • Begin to picture a situation in your head. Everything goes as long as it is distinct and colorful. You could see yourself on a beach, for instance, with the sun blazing and the waves pounding on the coast.

  • Start adding elements to the scenario once you have a clear mental picture of it. What is there to hear, feel, see, and smell? To make the scene as realistic as possible, try to use all of your senses.

  • Start interacting with the scenario while you continue to picture it. Go around, touch things, and investigate your surroundings. Your ability to regulate your dreams will improve as a result.

  • Regularly practice this visualization technique, ideally just before bed. You’ll start to notice that your dreams becoming more vivid and manageable with time.

Very helpful, great tips, need to practice more of this, I have had partial success with incubation in the past, need to start doing this consistently before bed.
