Yes the Earthing i think is the biggest advice especially if sensitive. I believe we are having a human experience for a very good reason. When i had my hypnosis QHHT (Dolores Canon taught therapist) i had a strange trip where my awareness went into the fresh earthy soil where the worms live. The energy i could feel was beyond awesome!
