@mbready You’re welcome. Thanks for the feedback. Yes the Earthing i think is the biggest advice especially if sensitive. I believe we are having a human experience for a very good reason. When i had my hypnosis QHHT (Dolores Canon taught therapist) i had a strange trip where my awareness went into the fresh earthy soil where the worms live. The energy i could feel was beyond awesome! And you posted about the mushrooms Extraordinary colours.

Talk about great minds thinking a like, when Sean talks about Dakinis and higher intelligences, that is a similar point I mentioned to @KhyungMar in another thread a few months ago.

@mbready i cant find where but i recall saying to you how Sean Esbjorn-Hargens also has an online community like NC where members discuss their (weird) experiences, many share their alien and spaceship encounters that i thought you might find useful
