I was not counting… but today, when I transcribing my last Lucid Dream into my LD diary, have realized that this month already reached a new record!.. Ten LDs in a month! The good thing is having read that Robert Waggoner once experienced thirty LDs in a month, so I’m more relaxed with this awesome combination of:
Daily Tummo practice;
Staying in bed for one more sleep cycle inspired in TWR;
Just now realized this could also be linked to having stopped eating eggs…?;
I am also eating less meat, as well as practicing intense lucidity during the awake state.
Yehaaaaay !
@NightHawk999 you know what is so funny? remember the theme you helped me with thanks to the LD with you? the woman who is arriving today to live with and help us, is an expert and enjoys baking cakes, and sweet things… hihihi

indeed. besides all other benefits, such as:
She is the one who received the Healing… and guess what… she’s a Lucid Dreamer! - pure spontaneous though (never received training to be doing it). She had an amazing dream three weeks after her mother died, lucid she received several messages from her mother and cuddling in the head!
I will call her R to keep her name in sacredness and now I share my Eleventh LD of February, my new record. This was my 3rd long LD and the longest:
Logistics:
Ate a home made by me Shitaki Pie for diner that night;
There was blood coming out of my nose after the LD (not so much and it felt like a good cleaning);
I could not find a comfortable position in my normal side sleeping posture to the right, so I decided to try going back to sleep with my belly up and… it worked!;
I put my robe on after my first dream of the night, previous to this one;
I smudged the bedroom with sage, also after that first dream;
Had woken up at 2h30, went back to sleep doing the Kubera Mudra, no affirmation, just relaxed after having asked my Spirit Guides to re-enter my first dream, transform the energy that I could not recall well, but had the impression that it was a healing dream, and very important, perhaps that being the reason why I had difficulty in remembering it after waking up.
The Dream:
Actually just now I realize it was my twelfth LD because, after becoming lucid I went back to my physical body, and stayed there, belly up, breathing profoundly with conscious intention of going back to the Dream Realms.
And so I went - to a kind of warehouse to meet R. Became lucid a-gain when seeing a bowl flying.
Saw my physical body from the outside for the first time, but at first, I said “This is not my body… I sleep to the side…” to remember one second after that this night was an exception. The view was in B&W, all other experiences in this LD were in color. It felt like my vision was infra-red!.. (my room is blackout…)
Entered then into a dimension with beings that had some similarities to human beings to find later they were not - they were essential though in the healing process.
The healing session started with the help of these beings, I looked at her and saw that she had one leg thinner than the other, and said to her very loud and firmly “I am going to heal you!”
After the healing - something was removed, a kind of wound that the two beings took somewhere. When I looked again to her, saw she had three legs. Even though weird, it felt that the healing was completed and successful.
Felt some danger and called out several times for Solimar who is part of my circle of protectors, who responded barking, making me feel safer. Then, I had the instinct to also call my brother who recently entered my circle of protectors (Beloved @Kalabasis you were an important part for allowing for this to happen - infinite gratitude, deer friend 
) and the energy shifted making me feel totally safe to proceed and explore this dimension.
Heard the buzzing and felt several strong pulls, but something in my dream body also needed to be healed, and I did self-healing, removing tubes and elastics from my subtle bodies.
Came back to the place where the beings were. Both had masculine energy and they started looking at me and saying secrets to one another. Explained to R, and another person, that in that place we could not do certain things because we were feeling our bodies - looked at my hand for them to understand, the touch was firm and all there was very solid. I also explained to them that when we do this kind of journey, it’s very important to have the bedroom door closed with a key (also on that dimension) , saying that I was going to start doing so!
I knew I could come back to my physical body at any time, and did so when the two beings from that dimension gave a strange look. I came out of there calmly. (in other LDs I would use my conscious anger to come back, but recently this was a game shifter - I seem to have enough mental stability to come back in peace)
When I woke up I had the feeling that I had had the privilege of being in R’s world!.. and seeing the world through her eyes, thanks to the power of Dreams. Now that I write these words, not so sure anymore, but it’s fascinating to have this idea… using dreams to see the world through the eyes of others… feel it’s world healing thanks to generating true compassion.
In the morning I asked how the night had been, and everyone slept like a rock!

Read this yesterday and felt my last LD experience (shared here) empowered… how well I understand these words now:
White Coat and Other Credentials
A central part of healing is to trust that we are in the presence of a source of healing. For some, this requires the presence of a person in a doctor’s white coat, or a pharmaceutical. For some, it requires a priest or shaman wearing a certain costume. For the fortunate, it is the confidence that we have access to a sacred guide and healer, who is both within us and beyond our ordinary reality.

This morning had my first LD of March and it has two novelties:
- Was lucid without the usual ping of awareness - it was just natural being Lucid, which made me think that either it was because this is my 22nd LD of 2025, and in so many of them I said repeatedly “this is a dream” OR it was an OBE, inspired on page 28 of Robert Waggoner’s book “Lucid Dreaming, Gateway to the Inner Self”;
- I was in a movie about dreams (this was also a first time), and for the first time, I was invisible - I consciously chose to be invisible and… it worked! after this I changed the room where I was, ran into another to find mattresses for doing acrobatics gymnastic (I trained it when I was 12 & 13). Ran to them, and as soon as I had the intention to touch the floor, I spun and flew higher and higher until I dissolved into a golden dust.
Beloved Epic @NightHawk999 in my first dream of the night, I got to know that you wished me “Good Luck” - I had my first dream with my mother since you sent the healing dream… and beneath her bed was the bill of a hairdresser she had been to with that name “Good Luck”
Yesterday I decided I will sleep with her in the next three weeks, and did a Temazcal where I shared about this + asked for dreams to show me how Great Spirit wants me to support her. At one point, I looked to the Lakota Shaman to see he has a Jaguar tattoo on his left arm… hihihi… and, of course, in the door dedicated to friends, you were with me (and other Ncc members)! Hope you felt the magic! Thaaaaaaaank yooou!!!

If she is ever interested in sharing the details of these Big dreams, I would love to hear them.
Very interesting, have not heard of this before in dreams, but I am aware some people only dream in black and white.
I wonder if the healing that took place had to do with Stability? Helping her ‘stand on her own 2 (3) feet’? Or giving her a new kind of mobility, not just physical, but social, or even Spiritual [no doubt you are a great teacher for sacred teachings!]
Yes perhaps one of the strongest ways to generate compassion and Love

At the moment, for health reasons, I’m sleeping with my mother - her heart got a bit weak, and intuition has step forward accepting my father’s invitation to be sleeping with her for a few weeks. In this process my whole dream constellation and landscape have changed.
I am now more compassionate to any Lucid Dreamer who sleeps with another person.
I dreamt lucid tonight though, after a 7 days “drought”.
Also experienced a very vivid beautiful dream where I hugged a deer friend Goddess for a LONG time.

it was with Satya (my friend who delivers healing in the jungle) - I call some of my friends “Goddess” because they indeed already have a lot of Goddess inside.
the dream was very simple:
I was in a warm embrace with her for a LONG time. at one point she mentioned that perhaps I didn’t know who she was. I looked into her eyes and said: “I know perfectly who you are” and shared how marvelous it was to be hugging her. Woke up with this music:

Interesting enough, sharing this dream with you has just gained extra meaning… because of how I started this… she is a Goddess!
