Just saw that in the Preparing to Die program, about to listen to it now.
Excited to see what happens next Wednesday, Andrew mentioned merging both groups if I remember correctly .
Excellent article. The painting is amazingly beautiful.
Will read it fully in the next days.
thanks for sharing beloved @_Barry
Great article, I like the pic too
Be great if we could throw a dart . . . .
Beloved @_Barry is there anything here at NCC about “Milam - Dream Dharma” (the night time practice referred on this article)? (the intuition was showing where my dart goes… hihihi also because I’m not such a fan of insurance policies… hihihi )
My understanding is that Dream Yoga, Sleep Yoga and Bardo Yoga are what he is talking about and goes on in the article to elaborate. There is an abundance of resources about all three here and many of his interviews/discussions with knowledgeable folks touch on those subjects. You can check some of my favorite interviews here, and here too.
wonderful… thank you SO much
I have found this:
from the Rinpoche I took refuge with in 2013.
it “fell” into my hands… just now…
to find out that sleep yoga is more connected with the heart, which makes all sense that intuition was pointing the dart to this practice.
I will start with Lu Jong classes next week with another student of him…
I have also found with him Tummo-Bliss practice:
Which is great for transcending the sexual energy, that for the Buddhist tradition is not sexual, it’s compassion I am so excited to learn about this… also writing an article in English about it… soon I will share it also here.
discovered this one also… MG…

Very interesting videos, thanks for posting.
Yesterday I was with family. My cousin has two children – one is 12 and the other is 14. I thought it would be good to share with them about Bliss. They didn’t know what it was. When explaining about the five senses, the oldest was surprised “Five? We have seven senses…” I explained that the ones I was mentioning are the five basic sensory ones. Then I did some research and found a very interesting article, that you might enjoy:
Do you know why he is wearing Gold (yellow?)
Rather than Red?
Nope, sorry . . . . . . .
" In Buddhism, gold represents purity and enlightenment, while yellow represents humility and renunciation:
- Gold
In Buddhism, gold represents the sun, a flame of knowledge, enlightenment, and purity. Buddhists often honor the Buddha’s teachings by gilding statues at pagodas. Buddhists also commonly wear a golden Buddha ring on their ring finger.
- Yellow
In Buddhism, yellow represents humility, renunciation, and separation from a materialistic society. Yellow is also a symbol of the earth’s equanimity. Buddhist monks and nuns wear yellow robes as a reminder to let go, not cling, and give up. The color yellow was previously associated with criminals, but the Buddhist faith chose it as a symbol of humility.
Buddhist monks and nuns wear simple robes in a variety of colors, including yellow, orange, brown, and maroon. The color depends on the denomination or branch of Buddhism. Tibetan monks’ robes are primarily burgundy red, though they still contain some yellow."
