I LOVE your questions!.. I do know you already have the answer… and here’s my perspective:
My interpretation would be that the cow is the symbol of miracles and the ocean is the depth consciousness and Emotions. The woman is above the waters because of miracles. You are one of the miracles in my life beloved @NightHawk999 infinite gratitude for that.

"A lady in the sea can symbolize different things depending on the context in which it appears. Symbolism often varies based on cultural, literary, or artistic interpretations. Here are a few possible symbolic meanings:
• Femininity and Mystery: A lady in the sea may symbolize the feminine aspect of nature and the mysteries that the sea represents. The sea is often associated with the unknown and the depths of the human psyche, and the lady in the sea can represent the enigmatic and unpredictable qualities of the ocean.
• Emotional Depth and Complexity: The sea is often used as a symbol for the depth and complexity of human emotions. A lady in the sea may represent the intricate and deep emotions that people experience, such as love, longing, sadness, or desire.
• Freedom and Independence: The sea can also symbolize freedom and the desire to break free from constraints or societal norms. A lady in the sea may symbolize a desire for independence and a willingness to venture into the unknown to pursue one’s own path.
• Transformation and Rebirth: Water, including the sea, is often associated with purification, transformation, and rebirth. A lady in the sea may symbolize a process of personal transformation or renewal.
• Nature and Environmental Themes: In some cases, a lady in the sea can symbolize a connection to nature and the importance of protecting the environment, especially the oceans and marine life."

" In Greek mythology, Pasiphae was cursed to fall in love with a white bull and gave birth to the Minotaur after mating with the creature:
- The curse
Poseidon, the sea god, cursed Pasiphae after Minos, her husband and the king of Crete, offended Poseidon. Minos was supposed to sacrifice the fairest bull in his herd to Poseidon each year, but he kept a beautiful bull alive instead.
- The disguise
With the help of Daedalus, Pasiphae disguised herself as a cow in a wooden cow covered in real cow skin. The bull was so fooled that he mated with Pasiphae.
- The birth
Pasiphae gave birth to the Minotaur, a half-human, half-bull creature that ate only human flesh. The Minotaur was named Asterius after the previous king, but was more commonly called the Minotaur, which means “the bull of Minos”.
- The aftermath
Minos kept the Minotaur in a labyrinth built by Daedalus. To avoid scandal, Minos’s public relations people blamed Poseidon for the affair, saying that Poseidon made Pasiphae do it.“”
AI forgot to mention that in order to quench the Minotaurs blood lust, they fed it children, once a year…
This is the first myth in the digital childrens book on the link. Some very important life lessons taught here, about the monsters in socities that prey on children.

‘may i feel said he’ - E. E. Cummings
"Before the Big Bang
there was no up
there was no down
there was no side to side
there was no light
there was no dark
nor shape of any kind
there were no stars or planet Mars
or protons to collide
there was no up
there was no down
there was no side to side
and furthermore to underscore this total lacking state
there was no here
there was no there
because there was no space
and in this endless void which can’t be thought of as a place
there was no time
and so no passing minutes, hours, days
of all the paradoxes
that belabour common sense
I think this one’s the greatest
this time before events
because how did we go from nothing
to infinitely dense?
from immeasurably small
to inconceivably immense?
but before we get unmoored from the question at the start
let’s take a breath and marvel
at when math becomes an art
because we don’t have to understand it
to know there was a time
when there was no up
there was no down
there was no side to side

Thank you for this
