this is one of the goals of our Sintra forest retreats (in which Solimar is part of)…! directed to parents and siblings.
in a different way than going for the cuddling… more opening the paths and clearing out communication (wishes from the heart and clear permission for more affection - which is usually hidden/not spoken about) for families do be doing it more. I was sharing a text on the 13th Feb about it in the social media, where I shared about a recent experience with a deer friend… we hugged in Pure Love. after some minutes, I was sobbing… thinking how much I would have loved to hug my brother like that… and how in our society, we still go very much to the affection being very focused in the intimate romantic relationship.

I recently stopped eating eggs… found out recently they were the food for cultivating virus which feeds virus in us, causing sciatic pains and other stuff. Since then I do feel much better my mother isn’t so happy because she loved that I would eat her chicken’s eggs… oh well!..
Can the Universe imagine itself without eggs??? I think it’s possible…

Captured in HaOIII and RGB light, the image features a deep wide field view immersed in the glow of ionized hydrogen gas, where small planetary nebulae Abell 6 and larger HFG1 (Heckathorn-Fesen-Gull 1 nebula type) seems to live, in the constellation of Cassiopeia. Being both remnants from the last phase of a medium star like our Sun. HFG1 features a bluish arc shaped shock wave, created by the binary star system V664 Cas, which comprises a white dwarf and a red giant star only a few million kilometres apart from each other. The small bright bluish ball visible near the center of the image, is known as Abell 6. Those kind of planetary nebulae, has a short life span of only about 10,000 years, becoming then invisible due to a lack of ultraviolet light emitted by the stars that create them. The image was captured from Dark Sky® Alqueva Observatory, Cumeada, in Portugal
