I am wondering if there is or if you noticed any correlation with each Jhana as used in meditation and the stages of descending into sleep. (ie. waking, hypnogogic, lucid, deep dreamless etc)?
Also, I am wondering if there are any practices that can help facilitate awareness in Deep Dreamless sleep? Is there nap practices that can be helpful for this or day time practices?
There are times I felt like there may have been a hint of awareness in this stage, but see that my mind doesn’t know how to recognized it and am curious how to bring the light of awareness to this stage of sleep.
