I think there is a reason Nature is the preferred space for advanced meditators. This is tied very close to Jesus I think.
Call me crazy, but there is definitely a different energetic and highly subtle vib when you are surrounded by aware beings like plants and trees.
I love the rain so much. Meditating around plants or trees or gardens when it is raining or misting is music to my soul. Its almost like you can feel these beings singing in the rain

Here is another favorite practice to do in nature, especially in more rocky or mountain terrain where the air is more pure
But you can do these breath expercises anywhere aound plant life and I think get promising results. There is deep harmony taking place on an energetic scale, you get more O2, they filter and get CO2

Beloved… we always have a choice… the way we see the world is indeed a projection AND, when someone is projecting Love outside, it reaches the Love in the other… as well as their best qualities. It’s a natural human relationship quality… again: “what you give is what you get”
