Really appreciate you posting this. It hit home big with a dream I had last night about a dead friend. Lots of gems in this article, sounds like she was advocating for some types of Shadow work in a way, along with spiritual growth. Looking forward to checking out her book. The Diamond body she mentions is also a teaching in Buddhism.

Thank you for this, very grateful for the Wisdom shared.

Yes

My interesting in shambhala started after reading many years ago Lost Horizon by James Hilton book

The discription of the huge library still etched in my memory.

Shambhala, Kalachakra, Zhang zhung, Mount Kailash subjects have played a huge part in knowledge quests. I did the Kalachakra teaching with HH The Dalai Lama with its initiation a decade+ ago.

Mount Kailash is thought by many to be where Shambhala still exists that rose into a higher dimension.

There is a connection here as Mount Kailash is just inside the Himalayan Tibetan region north west corner of Nepal, Humla. Many trek a week through Humla to reach this guarded Chinese border.
Humla is where Tempa Lama and the many “Lama” (which is a surname, like Sherpa is also a surname) families live. This is where i stayed for 2 months.

The Lama family i stayed with have a different tibetan dilect that they suggests their ancestors were the Zhang Zhung.
Heres a book i have

Bon Buddhism & Zhang Zhung connection.
