Been a fan of this channel for a while. Took a break watching the channel for a bit, now catching up on the videos I’m missed. Just recently watched this video:

Great overrun on how our sense of time is completely illusory. Good supplement to AH’s chapter on the same topic on Dreams of Light.

I experience that when I access the eternal NOW, time ceases to exist and we create our own time :star_struck:
