Yes. I found this out as well. How interesting: one thing is sitting on a cushion meditating and another one to keep that awareness no matter what you do the rest of the time. RC are in that sense a really great practice! I still have to figure out how to do the alarm-thing as I keep doing it once or twice and then not hearing it and forgetting… Overall a good practice and I am sure eventually it will happen. My newest ‘improvement’ is that I reflect upon the idea that the person waking up when sleeping is the same than in the day-state of consciousness. No separation, which helps believing that it will happen eventually. If that makes sense
