I look forward to meditating with you all and learning more about lucid dreaming. I am a student and a teacher-in-training in the Diamond Approach path that teaches about the nature of reality and the process of spiritual realization. Our main practice is inquiry and we also include meditation, breath work and movements. I have been reading some of Andrew’s book on lucid dreaming and also attended Andrew’s Bardo class a couple of months ago. It has been supportive to attend the meditation offered here.
