Dear @Andrew. I am in Australia and considering different options of purely online Tibetan meditation training. I was wondering if you could share your opinion on if Lama Shenpen Hookham’s teachings on Formless Meditation would be an appropriate pairing with lucid dreaming/dream yoga training?
