Lions Roar: Ask the Teachers: What does it mean to understand Buddhism through the body?

I seem to be slowly coming to terms with what my body is, and isn’t— I hear body music all the time. Or is it tinnitus? As a kid, I was schooled to think the body was on auto-pilot. Later, I learned to “think different.” Saw this article in my emailbox this morning. I like the focus and the discussion.
