I’ve gone on an an in-person retreat, and several online workshops with Charlie and he’s an excellent facilitator and resource person. Andrew calls him a “Rock Star.” Omega is in upstate NY and has a lot of other actives going on during the workshop, which at 3 days, should be very intense. The food is excellent! Highly recommended.
