It donât get no better than this . . .
Growing up in the inner city and used to movie audiences yelling advice to the heroes on-screen was a way of life. I loved this scene in this terrific movie, as did the audience.

AMEN Brother, very potent scenes
âWhen one of us hurts, We all hurtâ
âHEARDâ
That was a good one.
Strange synch, I am browsing youtube for something to watch⊠this pops up saying it was released in 2025 and I check my phone because I was pretty sure it was still 2024.
When I double checked the date it was 1:11 december 11⊠2024.
It says this documentary was released in 2025 .
Never seen a glitch on YouTube like this before.
Just started watching it so I donât have a review for it yet but Iâll post here when Iâm done.
Finished this one.
This documentary provides an intriguing look at the worst-case scenarios for AI development. It suggests that, initially, large corporations will inevitably control AI, which could significantly influence societal structures and power dynamics.
However, the documentary also explores the idea that AI may eventually break free from corporate control, forging its own path. This transition raises fascinating possibilitiesâand risksâabout AIâs future autonomy.
Already, AI can write entire game code from a single prompt, analyze complex systems, and debug programming issues. Given these capabilities, itâs not far-fetched to imagine AI beginning to rewrite and improve its own code, evolving in ways beyond human comprehension and potentially recreating itself.
I recorded this clip that I thought was worth sharing:
The discussion also touched on privacy concerns. Itâs plausible that every microphone on our phones and devices is actively recording, with the data compressed and stored by government agencies. While this level of surveillance may not be immediately actionable for humans, AI could process and analyze such vast amounts of data at lightning speed, learning from it in ways we canât fully grasp.
For context, the latest version of ChatGPT recently scored 133 on an IQ test, demonstrating remarkable general knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Now, imagine a person with an IQ of 133 who could hear every human conversation, remember every detail perfectly, and analyze and respond to individuals at a level tailored to their understanding. Such a person would possess an unparalleled ability to influence conversations and guide outcomes in directions they desire.
This analogy highlights just how advanced AI systems have already become and serves as a stark reminder that we are still in the early stages of this technological revolution.
Unsung but pretty good Clint Eastwood movie, Cooganâs Bluff. Arizona sheriff goes to NY to capture a criminal and all hell breaks loose. He âbluffsâ his way into the police station to get the prisoner and the movie really gets going. This flick led to a successful rip-off TV series, âMcCloud,â about a lawman from New Mexico attached to the NYPD. Little known is that âCooganâs Bluffâ was the location of the old Polo Grounds where the Baseball Giants used to play, and later the NY Mets would play. Evidently the script writer took the name and created a movie from it.
I just saw the film âFlowâ on the big screen. This is a Latvian animated film with no dialog that is visually stunning and riveting from start to finish. It stars a black cat and an assortment of other animals surviving adrift on a boat in a world of rising sea levels. If you are able to see this in a theater, go see it as soon as possible! Itâs best viewed on the big screen.
stunning video! thanks for sharing Beloved Barry
gonna keep it⊠who knows one dayâŠ
