My first experience was feeling deep inner peace. I did it while watching another video (I have this tendency of multiple tasking - also with my brain) and it allowed me to sit in peace and focus better in the contents of the video! I will do it with my mom and post the results here.

I’m feeling like this yoga is both calming and energizing and centering. It both raises the prana and the Shakti, but it also has a centering quality. And the brain is loving it and playing with it!
I think this practice may give each of us exactly the medicine that we need from it. It can flow into fast and playful or into calm and centering, and a Union of all of those qualities!
