A Poem on Emptiness

I have been so inspired since life brought me to Andrew’s Dream Yoga and Light books and my synchronous sun gazing practice. I wrote the following poem during this morning’s sunrise.

It would be nice to have a dedicated thread for poetic diatribes as I know a few people have read their poetry during the live shares and is evidence that Andrew’s teachings move people to deeper understanding.

Have a great weekend everyone.

The Soma

To finally embody no thing is to remember emptiness. The act of relaxing and completely letting go is complete.

Lasting, independent and solid concepts dissolve like the morning mist.

What can be more incinerating than the heat of the sun?

I seek no more for what I am.

Because no thing which is not lasting, independent and solid, need not be found…
