I walked into Trader Joeâs with a painting Iâm working on covered up.
The cashier asked if he could see it.
I said Iâd love to show him but painting is a form of magic and itâs best to keep the piece hidden until itâs finished, otherwise the viewer can interfere with the working.
I asked him on a scale of 1-10 how eccentric did that sound.
He gave me a solid 7
