I’m a novice at lucid dreaming. I renewed my meditation practice last year after having let it slip. Since restarting daily meditation, I’ve become more aware of my dreams. After a profound spontaneous lucid dream three months ago, I started dream-journaling and looking into literature on lucid dreaming. I eventually found the book “Dream Yoga: Illuminating Your Life …,” which has been immensely helpful.
I look forward to “seeing” you all on here, and to being part of a supportive community.
