Huberman's publishing a book of all his protocols!

Yes Huberman’s light and morning protocols in general (cold exposure, activity, etc.) really help energy, mood, and sleep. His sleep stack is phenomenal, but it’s so relaxing I usually have almost no dream recall (magnesium l-threonate, l-theanine, l-tryptophan, gaba, glycine, apegenin)

I have only watched a few of Huberman’s videos, and really liked them.

Looking forward to a text that distills down all his wisdom.
