@_BlessingsDeers Ayla Nereo jamming with Olivia Fern:
Dreaming a new world and building it from the ground up. āHollow Boneā was her first commercially released album and the whole album is a masterpiece.
The Moonās song I already knew - LOVE it.
Delightful to see them jamming together
researchers say that jamming together produces huge amounts of dopamineā¦
If you enjoy this kind of music, perhaps youāll also enjoy these two (I resonate deeply with them, for different reasons and in different ways):
and inspired in the moon⦠an oldie that I also LOVE:

I really love Tina Maliaās āAnahataā album, in fact I was thinking about posting some of that on the Mantras thread. Here she goes Gospel with Starling Arrow, the female supergroup with Ayla Nereo, Marya Stark and the two sisters, Leah Song and Chloe Smith from Rising Appalachia:
Starling Arrow doing live accapella:
Rising Appalachia singing about āMedicineā:

@_Barry. Thanks for letting us know of Melanieās passing. I hadnāt thought of her music in some time. Here she is at Woodstock. "All things change and now I know, itās the birthday of the rain.
Itās the birthday of the sun.
@fenwizard I shoulda went . . . . . . . .
@_Barry. I was 14 at the time of Woodstock, so a bit too young to go. But a few months ago I heard a hilarious story by someone who was at Woodstock at age 15! He said that he had a hippie boy scout leader who decided to take the troop to Woodstock in a yellow school bus. He sent a permission slip out to the parents to sign and just told them that they were having a camp out at a āmusic festival in the woods.ā He said that his parents imagined a small little classical music gathering in the forest. They went in a yellow school bus and they slept in the bus. He said he was blown away by the music and all of the naked people but didnāt do any drugs. And his parents then saw the Woodstock festival on TV and freaked out. But what could they do? LOL
Could post another 100+ videos from Woodstock but we can use our imagination instead to fill them in. The town of Woodstock today is fun to drive through if only for the names of the stores and eateries.
@_Barry. Yes and there is also the Woodstock film widely available on many platforms.
I know a second album set also came out with other songs left off the first big one. When the movie was shown on Broadway, where average prices were $3.00, a ticket cost $7.00!
AKA a movie about Porta Sans . . .
Hereās a film of Swami Satchidananda opening the Woodstock festival. He was brought in to calm the crowds and start the festival with a good spiritual vibe. He had to be helicoptered in because the road into the festival was jammed with parked cars for miles.
āWe need a little controversyā
Guess whoās back with a brand new rap?
And I donāt mean āwrapā as in a new case
Of child molestation accusations
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah (my wife and i sing this part to each other all the timeā¦
Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah - ),
no worries,
Papaās got a brand new bag of toys
What else could I possibly do to make noise?
I done touched on everything but little boys
And thatās not a stab at Michael
Thatās just a metaphor, Iām just psycho
I go a little bit crazy sometimes
I get a little bit out of control with my rhymes
