So being pissed off at Google for failing, I decided to used the old fashioned ‘google web search’. I went back and looked at the image you posted, and meditated on it for a few seconds, and what sprang to mind was:
Turkey Feather
I googled Turkey feather, and it looks like it may be the tail feather of a wild Turkey.
Not 100% sure it is a Wild Turkey feather, but I think it is.
We talked in the Dream Sangha on saturday how when we develop a connection to people in different sanghas, synchronicities and intuitive stuff starts to flow in a powerful way (I had a cool intuitive flash with Mary Ann that day). So it it is a Turkey feather, thank you for making my night! 
PS I think begimin franklin wanted the national bird to be the Wild Turkey, due to its positive traits.
