Your welcome my friend! So pleased you received the
that is Moojis signature stamp hes known for amongst his followers. I recorded this same guidance about 10 years ago and often played it at bed time and drifted off to sleep in that state.
Didnt see !
But what a great synchronicity.
One gets so many of those in this NC room.
Yes a very powerful gift, thank you ![]()
Great minds think a like, my first thought after listening to his line of questions was to write them out, memorize them, and use them as a meditative ‘mantra’ in times of non lucidity ![]()
Amen.
Alot of good energy here. Like attracks like.
I did see a YouTube video that promised if you had too many wild racing thoughts you should cover one eye and the thoughts would pause, sort of way to say “time out.”
Great minds think a like, I stumbled onto this insight intuitively a few years ago. My theory on one reason why this might work is because the 2 eyes are connected to 2 different (left and right) sides of the brain.
“Mooji”
is awesome, one of the first youtubers I found when diving into spiritual stuff. Couldn’t recommend his stuff enough!

At first i had no idea why i was drawn to scroll through this thread! It was your photo of your red hoodie that’s the colour of Tibetan Buddhist monks robes that stopped me scrolling. As i continued to read the next post
And then
It is nearly the end of January. Did you go to the temple to meet the visiting monk?
No, but it has been on my mind a few times. This Sunday may be a great time to stop by and see if he is back.
