A great interview with my teachers Arnold and Amy Mindell, whom I studied with in the 90’s,at their home on the Oregon coast. Their work is all about how dreaming is happening all of the time, even when we’re awake! Not only lucid dreaming, but lucid waking!
Arnold (or Arny as we called him) passed into Spirit a few months ago.
