This is a text I received from the Lakota-Mexican Lineage I am connected to here in Portugal:

I was there yesterday for a shamanic consultation with a Spanish Shaman that comes to Lisbon every month.
I shared with him that I am reading AH’s book "I am Mindful, now What?, which mentions the reverse meditations, which is what happens in these consultations - with extra support of ancestors, Christ and other entities, plus the energy of the group - we usually do this being, at least, nine people together. We feel all the pain and heal our wounds.
When I explained that this is one of the most advanced practices of Tibetan Buddhism he confided with me that his coming to the Lakota path started with three Tibetan monks that tracked his soul, in connection to the Dalai Lama. Amazing, han? (I was delighted to know this)

Had a really weird dream about you last night, and since I don’t dream of NC members often, I thought I would share it:
You, me, and another person (I cant remember who), were all inside a building cleaning or polishing the metal hand rails of a stair case. You said you had to leave early, and could only polish a small section, and I told you I would polish the rest you couldn’t do.
Then the scene shifted to outside at night and the guard rails were now huge traffic light metal poles in a highway intersection.
Really bizarre dream!

After the railings shifted to the huge stop lights it felt like I may have bitten off more than I could chew,
LOL, like: “I am going to need a bigger rag…”:
(Forgot to mention the building we were in with the stairs felt like it was a big school.)
How so?
For me, it may have been a small precognitive or synchronous dream, because the night after the dream, before going to bed I logged into NC to play a vid. (I had not watched any NC content in over a month, having been trying to make the most of the last days of summer, so all 8 vids on the homepage I had not viewed yet).
The one that immediately intuitively hit me was the video about “Singing your Song” on the home page, so I eagerly clicked on that one, and was happily surprised to see it was one of your videos (your name wasnt attached to it on the home page). I was even more elated with the content, really LOVED the Navajo story of The Eagle and bird. Also really liked what you had to say at the end of it about subtle energies and how to pick up on them. Thank you for that wisdom

I felt that the dream had simultaneous meaning. Meaning for a situation in my life and in yours. It had synchronicity. And it is interesting that you have heard the meditation and felt a connection.
I will see it as a gift, a hint. Thank you, for your wisdom. It’s just the dance of life.
