planning on watching it… soon… and then give you feedback
I had a wonderful dream and watched this video… hihihi
LOVED it… wonderful complement to his book.
Lama Lena is SO POWERFUL and beautiful… what an inspiration… the mantra she chose to start made it all even more powerful
My highlights:
I also LOVE going to sleep!
“INCREDIBLE LAUGHTER OF THE DAKINI” hihihi
“SEE THE BEAUTY”
“the routines help” indeed.
every single dream is expressing something.
LOVED his example of “Street Therapy”!.. brilliant.
“AWARENESS CHANGES EVERYTHING”
“Dharma is Self-Awareness”
With awareness I can move into the direction I wish to go".
“In a Lucid Dream we process things differently. It’s clearing.” - this is a very simple and powerful distinction - I’m taking this into my classes.
“When we are aware that this is a dream, we don’t run anymore”.
“I have the choice to connect, heal and smile.”
“I let the conditioning and I can do anything!”
Loved the complement to page 107 of his book, of making the connection of the four main tasks with our four innate qualities, the chacras, syllables and sacred geometry. It has inspired me to go back to my practice of singing one hour a day
LOVE the way he says that a pause is ok… so true…
“Pure vision (this is a dream), trust and spontaneous devotion” & “if you like the results, increase the causes”.
“Simple open clear attention to the heart” was spot on! loved his warmth and humanity. wonderful practice for the heart he gave… wonderful.
I had synchronicities with my dreams the day before and the day after watching this video, and it as deeply healing.
“If you’re trying too hard, let it go, have fun. Be. See. Feel it. Let go. Let go in order to connect.”
After 1:35:00 there is precious GOLD information on how to transform “Wind disorders”, such as sleep apnea. LOVED all the information TWR provided - genius!
The final meditation is a huge portal for receiving a “self spacious, luminous warm hug”.
WHAT A GEM.
this is a very good video for what TWR calls [quote=“BlessingsDeers, post:83, topic:9871”]
“Wind disorders”

that I mentioned in the previous post:
Yeah I like her a lot, I am very happy she resonates with you too, also a big plus, she had some excellent ‘French’ teachers…
Posted a few of her vids, will try to tag you or re post the one where she explains the story how she met her teacher, it is a really cool story
AMEN Dear Sister
Amen
I deeply appreciate your appreciation. Thank you so much for taking the time to write out these wise words.
PS. Dont have time to write out the dream I had last night, but if I dont do it this week, please remind me, it involved Batman lol
great!
sounds like fun!
watched this precious gem yesterday…
MG… LOVED it… what a precious gem!
Highlight:
“A spontaneous sense of warmth.
A sense of presence, a sense of warmth in that space.
A warmth in the sense of being.
A comfort of being.
A joy of being.
A bliss of being.
A great bliss of being.
The warmth. (…) I take refuge in the body of great bliss is referring to that warmth.
That warmth is the pure medicine for healing.
That warmth is pure force for transformation.
That warmth is what makes bring changes.
So the spaciousness of the mind is the doorway, and the warmth is like arrival at the destination, the inner refuge. (…)
Rest in that sacred space, like a child resting in the loving arms of the mother. With trust, with connection, with awareness. With effortless. But it’s not a passive, it’s a very active engaging, retrieving all the necessary qualities, elements, from the True Source. To the well-being of yourself. ”
This quote really opened up my illusory form practice: “The emphasis should be on you, the dreamer, more than on the objects of your experience. Keep reminding yourself you are dreaming up your experience.”
Previously I had trouble really getting into how similar waking and dreaming consciousness are. But when I thought, “both states of consciousness are just happening in my mind” it really changed things.

This is BIG my friend! Very Big!
These profound paradigm shifts are what makes Master Holecek’s and Master TWR’s works so monumentally important!
BTW Lucid surrender arrived at my library this week, going to grab it and wet my beak this weekend, thank you for that
Yes these adjustments of perspective make all the difference. Once I finally internalized that “recognize all experience as dream” does NOT mean trying to convince myself that I’m currently in the dream state when clearly I’m not, the practice also opened up for me!
I also find the 5-fold teachings of Dawa Gyaltsen very helpful, especially: “Vision is Mind”. It’s completely natural – where is vision (which stands for the totality of experience) going to take place?
Remember, remember, remember, remember . . . .
this is SO SIMPLE and yet, SO PROFOUND… thank you for sharing.
yes… listen… and remember.
I remember a brilliant video from Charlie Morley about this, where he so clearly explains how what we see in the dream is the mind seeing it.
thank you for sharing about Dawa Gyaltsen… found this video about it:
which I LOVED!
highlight:
“Like clouds dissipating in the sky. These clouds are dissipating because of a powerful, subtle wind of your awareness is blowing it away.”
So beautiful because I watched also today a meditation that @Kalabasis shared… and there’s a part that also helps in changing this “mind foundation” as TWR mentions, in a very beautiful, mystic way:
at minute 9:
“Love rests on no foundation. It is an endless ocean with no beginning or end.
Even that darkest night will end and the sun will rise.”
I was also mesmerized by another quote “You are the ocean in a drop”.
Thanks for this poem… I have really enjoyed it this morning…
Amen Brother
Amen Sister
Amazing, I may have to borrow this one for the treasure chest
AMEN
Amen Sister
GOD rests on no foundation… an endless ocean with no beginning or end.

@BlessingsDeers
So last weekend I went to a giant body of water and dipped my toes for the first time in years. I thought of you when I entered the water. Then the following day went swimming in it. Coincidence with this post?!?!?:
There was a guy holding his baby at the beach with a dog and father. He let me pet the dog, and I asked him if the dog liked to swim. He said the dog was afraid of water, but you could try to persuade him.
Long story short, about 5min later the dog was halfway in the water letting the waves reach his chest. They guy was impressed and said the dog had never gone that deep in the water before, and they go to the beach a lot.
yes… I think it’s just a coincidence… hihihi…
SO GREAT to read this…!
I felt Bliss inside. thank you for sharing.
such a beautiful image… thank you for sharing beloved friend.
Thank you for appreciating
I had short dream of you a few days ago:
Amazing. replied to you on that thread.
Searched for “tenzin + premonitory” on youtube and found this video:
this makes more sense to me than having to chose and just taking one pill (matrix inspiration)… and, as TWR so humorously and delightful says, these 3 pills have no side effects… hihihi
LOVED the video.
highlights:
The white roses ;
White Pill - Awareness of Stillness in the Body;
His beautiful embodiment of the teaching;
“Awareness is like the mother, your body is like the child”;
Red Pill - Awareness of Silence;
Blue Pill - The Awareness of the Spaciousness of the Mind.
@NightHawk999 I have tried the Tummo and breathing, with the blue sky, and it doesn’t work for me!.. The radiant sparkling sea is my thing
“(…) to protect your self and also to protect someone else from you!” hihihi bingo!

have you read TWR’s new edition book?
His work is Genius!
Is it this one? https://www.amazon.com/Tibetan-Yogas-Dream-Sleep-Practices-ebook/dp/B09XPZFR3P
I didn’t complete reading the previous version as my visualization was not that strong. But I’ll give it another go after my attention and visualization improves
Yes this is the one.
Great depth and Wisdom in the pages. Read it slowly and with care, and I think it will help you on your path.
