This is so awesome to hear, congratulations on the successful meet up with your grandfather, that is a really big accomplishment!
Really fascinting experience. Were you asking him the questions to see if this was a Dream yoga experience? How do you differentiate between LDs, DY, and RV?
His reponse I found very interesting for a number of reasons. Heres what popped into my mind:
What you thought was a generic message may actually hold a hidden message that is more cryptic. Did you tell yoir mother what he said? Word for word verbatim? Did you tell her about the two women and wheel chair?
The two women between him in the wheelchair seems important to me, I wonder if he was replaying a memory where your mother and him and another woman or 2 different women were with him, and he said those words or something similar. Possibly on his death bed, or when he was sick, telling the nurses or friends or family memebers those words.
My other thought was I would totally fuck with you and give you the run around too if I was in his position.
My thoughts would be, “how dare my grandson try to interrogate me without giving me a hug first or asking how I am doing.” & “How dare he question my authenticity!?!?!”
I wonder if the spider and web and bites and stings symbolize this feeling of being trapped and cuaght in an interrogation, with the constant questioning feeling painful for him, and not bothering you at all. The growing frustration with the 20 questions, and him not answering you directly may be symbolized by the ‘hitting a wall’ or dead end in the communication.
The fact that you left without saying goodbye would have really hurt me as well. I would take it personally, and view it as being cold and detached. Like you were using me for an end, rather than enjoying the presence. It seems you were so laser focused on ‘the mission’, you may have forgot to really enjoy what little precious time you had together.
The great news is, now that you know how to make contact with him, next time perhaps you can try a less aggressive approach? Start with a hug or loving handshake, and tell him thank you so much for making the trip to see you.
Then maybe move to some light questions like:
Are you doing ok?
Is there anything we can do to help you?
Are you at peace?
We love you and really miss you, do you know that?
Do you have a message for me?
Do you have a meaningful message I can give to my mother?
(I am sure you can think of a better list of questions that would resonate with him).
On a final note, I will add that while the advice of being a good person may be very generic, we all know the practice is so much harder, especially when it comes to people who push our buttons, or do bad things to us. Perhaps your mother has someone in her life now who is tempting her with the ‘dark side’, and trying to get her to stain her soul.
Very curious to hear what she had to say about the dream. Very very happy you made contact with him. Excited to hear more about where this goes and your future meetings.
Yes, big time. My main objective is, and was to see if these realms that we can explore are a seperate reality as Robert Monroe believed or they are dreamscapes my mind is creating.
You are spot on about me being emotionally detached from the experience. This may have been one of the things I could do better in the future. I always feel like time is short in the lucid state so I try to cram as much as I can into a short period of time.
I’m not sure yet how to differentiate between LD/DY and RV. LD and DY for me is one that can be differentiated. In dream yoga I often try to set a goal from Andrew’s book. The goals involve dream control which does fall under LD too but I think DY goals are more aimed towards the Bardo. I think they focus on honing skills that would be important there. Also, if you subscribe to DY there is the concept of karma that cannot be ignored. It is something I factor into all of my LD/DY now, before I read Andrew’s book I was very carefree in the dreamscape. I wouldn’t go out of my way to do negative things but if they popped up or felt natural I would not shy away from them.
There is one dream in particular that I think covers the difference between the two stages in my dream progression. It was after I read Dream Yoga and subscribed to the DY thought process. I was lucid but it was in a very raw state where my day conscious was not fully present. I threw a rope on top of a skyscraper from the ground and pulled down the building, it began collapsing. There were lots of buildings around it too that fell. I ran from them then my conscious mind entered the dream and I thought to myself this is not what Andrew teaches. I had an extreme desire to undo what I had done. I was able to reverse the collapses of all the buildings. The dream played like a VHS tape on rewind (even my dream body movements).
Thank you for taking the time to write this out. If the place was real and it was actually my grandfather I was being to emotionally cold and as you said only focusing on one thing when I should have considered the entire situation I may have entered. I should have began by asking him how he is doing at the very least and asked if he was okay and at peace. Especially after the impression I got when I entered the room (not great).
Not word for word, I tried to explain what he was saying in general, the symbolism and what was happening. His words about my mom being good so her afterlife would be positive was based off his experience from what I was seeing. This may all be my subconscious which is why i don’t want to share every detail right away.
I did tell my mom the bulk of the things that happen to see if anything stood out and nothing did. Spiders seemed central in the space. The wheelchair and two women also. I don’t know a whole lot about my paternal grandfather and we are keeping it that way to make our experience genuine. If I have an experience that’s real and information is given that is private between them it proves that state is real for us and I will then continue down the path of RVing. If the opposite occurs it means that I may just be forming a dream and my subconscious is filling it in and the dreams would be no more than a fantasy story.
Thank you for the well thought out post! I will definitely be using the hugging approach and talking more personally next time about how he is feeling and if he is at peace.
“Time is always against us”- Morpheus
So true, and even more so in the mindspace. Have you watched Andrews Introduction book club video? Its Outstanding, so good, listen to the part at the 41-43 min mark:
“dont measure anything”,
“this is a deeper rendering of the measurement problem”,
“Thats what collapses the wave function, and brings about the sense of physicality.”
Hes talking about something different, but I think the parallels are worth noting, and when he said thats what collapses the wave function, the image of your grandma and the wave picture sprang to my mind.
I wonder if in having that preset agenda going in, collapseed the wave function in a way, and made it a predetermined outcome. As a very skilled mind explorer, you know how sensitive dreamscapes and other realms are to underlying prejudices, just thinking about a duck behind a door can make it so. If you have a hunch hes not real, he may pick up on that and become a self fullfilling prophecy just to fuck with you and teach you a lesson. Andrew shared one of the funniest dreams I have ever read about in his Power and Pain book, he was meeting up with a dead monk, and ended up being shocked by what he said to him, becuase his mind was preset on an outcome. It had me laughing to tears for a good 5min
OMG was it funny!!!
I guess what I am trying to say is put away the measuring tape (at least for now, and be as fully present in the future meetings as possible, so you can memoreize every detail and every word and action going on around you.
Me either, it would be a great question for Tim. Did you get the group email I sent?
So cool. reminds me of the story of the monks with that apple tree.
The opening scene of the room really struck me and stood out, was wondering if you could do an AI drawing that painted a picture of the mood and how he looked. If not could you describe it in more details? very interestedto see what the wall(s) and spiders looked like. Was it a haunted house feeling, or a sacred space vibe, or something else?
Spiders were sacred to many native American tribes, the Cherokee have a great story about them.
Your mom may be experiencing some inner conflicts or turmoil, that your grandfather may have been picking up on. When you feel the time is right, I would relay his words to your mom as verbatim as possible, and tell her the dream in as much detail as possible, some AI drawing might really help trigger a memory in her, or it may be a message she needs to hear, even if her reaction is mute.
Ever so true in that state. I get anxious when I know my dream has gone on for awhile and I’m lucid. Knowing it will end soon stinks.
I remember hearing this, guessing I have heard what this is from. In the context of a lucid dream the measurement could be seen as applying a set duration as to how long these experiences last. Once you measure it, or expect it to end that is when the wave function begins to collapse.
Yes I did, looking forward to the discussion.
The best I was able to do is this one. It is inaccurate but it shows a similar layout, both women were facing him, i did not see clear details of their face. The room was very dark and had no features that stood out at all. The walls could be seen clearly when I was above the scene, and who I imagined was my grandfather was in the very center of the room the woman were about 8 feet apart from each other. When I arrived he was going very fast between both women in the wheelchair. When I went down to him only he was visible. He was looking directly at me while I was asking questions over and over to him.
As far as the spiders go I do not recall exactly how they looked. I remember having a physical sting sensation and looking to see what it was and it was a bunch of spiders. I just kept focused on the man that was present and ignored the spiders.
Good news, this morning my lucidity was on par with the old times. For some reason I forgot to try visiting my grandfather again though. The dream was very interesting and I usually get sidetracked if I’m lucid and an interesting dreamscape shows up.
Will reply more when I get home tonight.
I stopped by the library on my way home today, and got a great story to tell you.
So on a whim I stopped by the library and browsed the lucid dreaming section. Most of the books I had read. I then remembered your dream and grabbed one of their Dream Dictionarys off the shelf to see if it had anything to say about Wheelchairs. (I thought it would be a long shot, I was wrong)
Heres the post:
“someone has overcome a weakness. That person is stronger than you guessed.”
Not sure if this has anything to do with your experience, but I thought is was really important to share, for the following reason:
Shocked they actually had an entry for “wheelchair”, I grabbed the other 2 dreaming dictionaries, and looked throught them for the same entry. NOTHING!
Thought it was really cool that the book I was drawn to to look in first, was the only one with an entry on wheelchair.
The fact that he was moving between the two women is a very important detail, I am very glad you shared that! I dont know what it means, but heres a guess:
Going with what the book said, maybe the weakness your grandfather overcame was mortality? He may live now immortally in the kingdom of God.
Maybe one of the women represents his wife, and the other your mom, and he is trying to convey that message of the immortal soul from one to the other?
The message of ‘you do right and youll live through this’ is not one to take lightly, regardless of how generic it may sound (SPOILER ALERT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arAXdUsChIM)
Yeah I think that is what the Wachowski sisters were refering to when they wrote it, how limited the time beimg aware in the dream state (matrix) was.
Absolutely, but I think it goes so much deeper than that. Even the slightest prejudices, may alter the outcomes. When you are dealing with the realm of mind, I feel like even the subtlist aspects of mind that we may not be aware of can dictate and predermine outcomes. Thats why I think it is so impostant to go into the experience with as clear a mind as possible and with as little agenda as possible, trying to maintain as much lucidity and awareness as possible, and let the cards fall as they may.
Very cool you were able to find something in the first book you grabbed. There is an obstacle that is very close to the family and the message the book sends is powerful to that end. I will share this finding with my mom tomorrow and grab some of the more direct words from my journal to share with this bit of information.
Thank you .
This one is strange. I kind of felt like I was interrupting something when I saw it at first. Not sure what to make of it entirely.
This is very true in that state. I have also found through happenstance that emotion is a powerful tool. Not only thinking what you want to occur but feeling it with as much emotion as possible brings forward intense experiences. The best way I could describe the emotion would be a feeling of absolute knowing, then the energy builds then erupts forward into the dreamscape. You can feel it throughout your entire dream body.
Anytime my friend
If you are open to sharing this obsticle, I am very interested in hearing about it.
Do you know its been months since I stepped foot in that library? (Its highly abnormal, typically I am there once a week, usually 2-3 times, I LOVE librarys, they are like graveyards where the dead can speak important messages through their art!)
I dont think it was a coincidence I picked up that book, and it had information non of the others had.
Me either, but something tells me it is very important.
Very glad you shared this helpful tip. I think you are 100% spot on with this.
I thought that was really fascinaing what the expert we talked to today said about LDs and DY, being a more powerful form of RV, but being much more difficult to control and maintain.
Looking forward to checking out Joe McMoneagles books.
I thought the advice to “invite them in, at their leisure, when they are ready” was a really powerful and genius way to initiate contact with those who have passed on to the next realm.
Start writing down your questions now, and I will do the same, or we could even brain storm questions here for next time, if he is cool with talking again.
This quote popped to mind in our convo, when you mentioned the details of the dream:
" You are a warrior, Clarice. The enemy is dead, the baby safe. You are a warrior.
The most stable elements, Clarice, appear in the middle of the periodic table, roughly between iron and silver.
Between iron and silver. I think that is appropriate for you."
Not sure if it is something that appropriate to share with her, but it popped into my head earlier, and then again tonight, so I thought I would let you know.
I think its a really nice compliment to give anyone.
Area 52 Episode 3:
Robert Monroe ‘Journeys Out of The Body’:
I stopped the book at this part last night because I wanted to record and share it. Even before he mentioned the pinching incident I was thinking about that. This makes sense 100%. I’ve had personal experience with a government official entering my lucid dream one time in the past. Projection was very clear and I got conformation that the government could still be working within what Robert Monroe calls the second body space from someone I trust.
The crazy thing is look what happen to Mitch McConnell today. The spot in the book I stopped at mentions that an experienced entity operating in second body could perform actions like a small precise pinch resulting in a stroke or what ever it may be. I believed it to be true even before listening to Robert’s book. Not about controlling the second space, but a trained being operating in the second state would be able to manipulate the third dimension from a higher dimension.
The timing is all perfect. The new episode coming out (it is still premiering as I write this) the clip of the book I found last night and Mitch’s issue, a heart failure in the hospital I work in about two seconds after I clocked in and another about two hours later. I haven’t heard a heart failure called over the PA in many months even possibly a year. My dreamstate too. Things are moving fast!
I wanted to include this clip because I think it is one of the only real incidents recorded where a being walked from a higher dimension into a lower dimension. Billy Carson’s YouTube channel is 4biddenknowledge if that gives any hint as to why they may have showed up to visit him in person:
Very interesting times, could be the moon who knows . Glad my heart is centered in love

" Extraterrestrial refers to any object or being beyond (extra-) the planet Earth (terrestrial). It is derived from the Latin words extra (“outside”, “outwards”) and terrestris (“earthly”, “of or relating to the Earth”) ."
The stereotype of Extraterrestrials is that they are typically regarded as being from somewhere outside of earth. But beings whose consciousness is not confined to their bodies, or earth, and who can project their consciousness anywhere in the universe certainly seem like they would qualify as EXTRAterrestrial.
The next stage of human evolution?
When reading a book on PSI phenomena a year ago, tthe auther mentioned in it that he knew at least two people with this ability operating at high levels of government.
Poor Mitch and Diane were bought and paid for years ago. This is just the their masters getting as much Return on their Investmensts as possible.
I think if Mitch and Diane knew what was going on around them, they would say something along these lines as their wishes:
“please for the love of God DONT…”
Indeed, during the early stages of my dream yoga exploration, guided by Andrew’s book, I began experiencing a series of dreams that stood out distinctly. I coined them as “checkpoints.” In one of these dreams, I was scrubbing the floor of an enormous building. Interestingly, music started playing over a loudspeaker, which was reminiscent of the style associated with Lord Shiva.
During the dream, my body transformed into a liquid-like state and eventually dissolved, turning into water. This transformation made me go lucid, and I found myself in a complex series of shifting energy tunnels - my dream body was being pulled, I released and I was just along for the ride. Upon reaching the end of these tunnels, I arrived at a place resembling a construction site on a planet that looked similar to Earth. The site was populated by several pieces of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, bachoes etcetera.
Upon landing, a voice said do you truly want to know what your destiny is? Then silence and nothing more. I looked around and was sent into an intense fit of rage seeing the heavy equipment all around me with freshly leveled ground. I flew over to the equipment and started ripping them to pieces and throwing them into the sky. Prior to this dream I had not been able to do many superhuman feats of strength even though I tried doing lucid dreaming techniques in the past, this was the first.
Then a wave of peace rolled over me when I saw a trail that weaved through trees. It had birds chirping and animals running happily on the trees.
There are two possibilities that I consider. First, I think you are correct in saying that we are capable of projecting our consciousness from within the Earth, either to outside the Earth or to other locations inside the Earth, provided one has sufficient training to stay connected to the physical plane. Additionally, witnessing the night sky in a place like Mauna Kea makes it nearly impossible for me to believe we are alone in the universe, or even in clusters of universes, for that matter. The sheer vastness of space and time leads me to conclude that as a collective, we may not be the most spiritually advanced or intelligent species out there. That being said, if we can already project into these spaces, a much more advanced civilization can also project into Earth and who knows what else.
Anyways, another thing, I was not trying to bring politics into this post but it was a synchronicity from the book I wanted to share. My apologies for mentioning Mitch.
Training may not even be required, some people may be born with this gift, some may aquire it through trauma or an injury like the guy in the video.
If a highly spiritually evolved monk decided to reincarnate as the sun, in order to prevent CMEs from destroyijg earth, would you qualify that as being extraterrestrial?
If an even higher spiritually evolved monk decided to reincarnate as a planet in a galaxy far away, and also at the same time as the weather, and oceans, and dirt, and lightning on that planet, mixing together to make the building blocks of life, which life then evolved from on that planet, would you consider that extraterrestrial?
Some deep thoughts.
Dont ever apologize for bringing extra consciousness where it is severly lacking.
This is the kind of thing I’m fascinated by. I’ve given a great deal of thought to these concepts. In fact, one of my goals was to reincarnate as a speck of dust within a newly formed nebula. Imagine the knowledge that could be acquired if a being had to love through this experience, they would be able to sense the energy shifts from the perspective of a particle of dust, an atom, a wave of light, or even a single vibration. This would be a form of meditation on an incredibly profound scale only undertaken by the deep divers. With no one to communicate with or anything to observe, there would only be the vast emptiness of countless eons of creation.
Then, I started considering pocket dimensions and theories related to ‘simulation’ designs. Rather than incarnating your consciousness into a piece of dust, you could separate a fragment of your consciousness but still remain entangled with it. One could then learn everything the dust learns and experience all its sensations by reading the energy present in the akashic records from the pocket dimension you created to understand energy attractions, oppositions etcetera.
To accomplish something like what is described in the second paragraph, one would need to be a being that exists both within and outside of time and space. As dust, existing within, while also being outside, embodying the consciousness that exists outside of time one would not experience the countless eons of time required to gain the knowledge.
I’m fascinated by time travel and by beings that exist outside of time and space. I think that eventually, this creation will play itself out in time, and all beings within it will be liberated. This is where I strongly align with Buddhism’s theory of reincarnation. It’s a tool used to impart lessons over vast spans of time; lessons that can only be understood over extensive periods.
I’m about to sit down and finish episode 3 of Area 52. It seems like a good one. The guy in it blindly remote viewed a target that turned out to be from JPL when they discovered a strange structure on Mars. Without knowing anything about his target, he described seeing incredibly large pyramids and beings that were between 10-12 foot tall. The timeframe of the blind target he remote viewed was 1 million B.C. Fascinating stuff! Chris Ramsey’s new content is top-notch, great cinematic presentations, and it’s clear he did his homework on Project Stargate.
If time and space are constructs, dont all beings exist to some degree in this dimension, whether they realize it or not? Have you heard Andrew talk about Buddha Standard time?
Did not watch the full video, bu the first part was very interesting. I did not realize the ‘pyramid’ was located so close to the giant face on mars.
Its my understanding that a long time ago, Mars used to have an Atmosphere much stronger than it is today.
Talked with AI a bit to try to understand possibly what you are saying compared to what I was saying. Came up with this which seems to be the idea?
The person’s comment seems to be delving into the philosophical discussion about the nature of time and space. They’re proposing that if we think of time and space not as concrete, physical entities, but rather as abstract ideas or constructs, then every creature or being, by mere virtue of existing, occupies a certain degree of this “conceptual space and time.”
In simpler terms, whether we are conscious of it or not, by living, moving, and existing, we all participate in the grand dimensions of space and time. This occurs regardless of whether we understand or acknowledge these constructs.
So, even if a being doesn’t have an understanding or awareness of concepts such as time and space — for example, a simple organism like an amoeba — it still exists within these dimensions because it occupies space and its life processes occur over a period of time.
This suggests a view that our existence in time and space is intrinsic and unavoidable, rather than something we consciously opt into.
To which my reply would be a quote from a song I like, ‘The mind is a powerful place, and what you feed it can affect you in a powerful way.’ Also, anything is possible .
I have heard Andrew talk Buddha standard time a long time ago but it didn’t stick with me.
