âWhen we become more near to this realization of the nothingness, we have possibility to become anythingâ
I watched this video recently and LOVED itâŠ
interesting enough, yesterday i was with a deer friend who is also a Lucid Dreamer and he was talking about a Lucid Dream in which he was asking people if they knew they were in a dream and that is was going to end soon.
I shared with him that the only time I heard of this kind of LD interaction was from LD Masters who have an important role in waking up people in this reality
âwrestling with Godâ
I had a couple of LDs where I told the âpeopleâ in the dream that it was a dream and both times they cheered!
aaaahh⊠THIS IS SO GREAT! thanks for sharing!!! what a great story⊠gonna share it!
what a lovely Christmas Present
7 DAYS of PURITY: The âFour Rsâ of the Final Week of the Year in Buddhism: Vital Vajrasattva Practice and New Year Traditions Explained
" SatX:346-366 Prayer
"So is there nothing worth people praying for? If youâll take
My advice, youâll allow the gods to determine whatâs right
For us, and whatâs likely to benefit our situation; for
The gods grant us gifts that are more fitting than nice.
They show more care for us than we do for ourselves. We
Seek marriage and offspring driven by blind emotion, by
Vain desire, while the gods know all about the children
Weâll have, and what kind of wife ours will turn out to be.
Still, if you want a reason for prayer, for offering a pretty
White pigletâs innards, the sacred sausages, at the shrines,
Then you might pray for a sound mind in a healthy body.
Ask for a heart filled with courage, without fear of death,
That regards long life as among the least of natureâs gifts,
That can endure any hardship, to which anger is unknown,
That desires nothing, and gives more credit to all the labours
And cruel sufferings of Hercules, than to all the love-making
All the feasting, and all the downy pillows of Sardanapalus.
The prayer I offer you can grant yourself; without doubt,
The one true path that leads to a tranquil life is that of virtue.
If we were prudent, youâd possess no power, Fortune: itâs we
Who make you a goddess, and grant you a place in the sky.ââ

Ihala Gokaralle Pasadika Thero - Asubha Meditation
âHow to practice asubha meditationâ guided asubha meditation by Ajahn Martin (20/05/17)
I think the Clerical authorities will let the monks off with a slap on the wrist, and reduced fines or not make them pay anything.
Taking the bodies and storing them in a temple for long periods of time, seems to have crossed the line. I think a separate structure or building should have been used for this.
I dont know what kinds of diseases or pathogens can be caught from the dead corpses, but that may be another ethical concern.
"The truth of impermanence, however, is not the templeâs ultimate goal. According to the abbot, the practice aims to cultivate âmagic eyes and earsâ supernatural powers, enabling practitioners to see and hear beyond ordinary senses.
He reportedly explained that developing psychic powers requires rigorous mental exercises to confront fear and build mental strength. The corpses, he said, act as their teachers.
However, such pursuits are far from the Buddhaâs teachings. While Buddhism acknowledges the mental power that comes from concentration meditation, it warns against becoming attached to psychic phenomena. Not only is it not the path to spiritual liberation, it can lead practitioners astray, trapping them in even deeper greed and delusion
