I have found there is some correlation to doing a powerful Yoga practice, and then having Lucid Dream(s) when you go to bed that night.
The Fish Pose, also known as Matsyasana in Sanskrit, is a reclining backbend pose in yoga. It is named after the fish because it resembles the shape of a fish swimming in water.
