Thank you for this.
So many great teachings, one of my favorites was:
‘returning to the same spot every day, you start to notice the Subtle changes’

&
‘you’re not a visitor, you’re a Part of it’

Last night, on my last walk of the day with my Beloved dog Solimar, he found a bone that was not good for him to eat. I rapidly grabbed it, while he kept holding it fiercely in his mouth. I kept holding it for the love I have for Solimar - this would really arm his stomach
he already knows that but he kept on holding, following his natural instinct.
When I felt it was too much for me to keep doing it, I said to myself “Thank you God for your help” and, in that moment, Solimar finally let go.
This morning, I went to bow to him as usual and
he bowed first! His soul was grateful to me caring for his health, I think!

Yesterday I was coming back from the beach thinking that I did not see the eagles for some days now. Even some tears, unexpectedly, fell from my eyes

Three or four minutes after, an eagle passed 6 feet above my head
! it was just
 awesome!

"During one tense bullfight, matador Álvaro MĂșnera did the unthinkable. As the crowd roared for the next dramatic move, he suddenly stepped away from the bull, walked to the edge of the arena, and sat down. Silence fell over the spectators.

Later, MĂșnera revealed the moment that transformed him forever:

“In that instant, I forgot the danger of the horns. All I could see were his eyes—not filled with rage, but with innocence. He wasn’t attacking; he was pleading for his life. I realized this was not a fight, but an act of cruelty. I dropped my sword, left the arena, and vowed never to fight again. Instead, I would fight against a world that turns suffering into entertainment.”

MĂșnera walked away from bullfighting and became an advocate against animal cruelty, using his platform to fight for the very beings he once battled. His story is a powerful testament to the force of compassion and the courage it takes to change. Sometimes, all it takes is one moment of connection to see the world differently.":ox::heart:
