Before I even knew it existed, I would meet my late husband and liked it so I would continue the exchange and I was awake!
I put that I do this yearly. I do this a lot more than yearly. Lucid dreaming is a common occurrence with myself. I’ve been doing this since sleep paralysis began hitting me hard at about 16 years of age. It went on until early 20s but I still have lucid dreams always.
To be clear, at times in the past my frequency has been as high as weekly; currently between monthly and yearly, and usually only when I take galantamine and do WBTB
yes, it depends on the level of focus. Currently I am back at roughly once per month due to lessened focus on the practices.
Yes lucidity in dream depends a lot on the level of intent I can generate, and how long I can maintain it. It usually takes a week or two (but it can take a month), then I’ll usually have a string of several LDs over the course of a couple days. If you average it out, at my peak I was having an LD about every 5-6 days, but as noted, it’s much more clustered than that, with 2-3 weeks in between the clusters.
