Science & Medicine People don’t realize how critical sleep is, so the science of sleep and dream will provide an ongoing stream of material on sleep disorders, the latest science and medical breakthroughs, and where you can go to get help if you have trouble sleeping. Daytime Practices Lucid dreaming has incredible potential and promises so much, but attaining lucidity on a regular basis is not easy. This track will explore the reasons for that difficulty, and introduce the daily practices that support the nocturnal meditations.
