The meditation I shared about in previous messages - Out of Body Experience. But the most important is the background sound they developed that, from my experience, helps in opening the crown chakra, literally changing your brain frequency, helping you to:

  1. feel your energetic body (it seams to me that the sound is very similar to our energetic body, allowing us to become even more aware of it, as well as other subtle energies around us);
  2. enter an altered state of consciousness in a natural way.

When I do this meditation, I chose doing it regularly, feeling a slight headache in the first three days - the daily practice makes this shift worth it :wink:

At the moment I am contemplating on doing an online training with Monroe Institute on this topic. Their consciousness matrix is highly advanced, and they accelerate things, especially when you have already done some practice before. I also have some questions… :cowboy_hat_face:

OMG… difficult question… responsibility associated…
mercury is retrograde as you know, which doesn’t help.
so my answer is “I really don’t know… it’s your decision”
my path with Mind Valley has allowed me to empower my psychic abilities and a whole new world opened for me. it wasn’t just the quest with Jade Shaw… you also have Charlie Morley’s quest on Lucid Dreaming that got me dreaming SUPER lucid… I love his communication. Both of them have a connection with Buddhism… they lived in a Monastery for seven years…
and there’s SO MUCH MORE there… the only thing they don’t have (until now) is a good Sangha cause they are thousands…

I guess that if the goal is only Astral Projection, I would go to Monroe Institute - they have several online trainings on their website.

Sounds fantastic, but pricey… I’ll probably give things another year on my own via free or much less costly resources. If next year I haven’t made decent progress, I’d consider something like this… But thanks for the ping!

In January, it will be two years that I practice Astral projection regularly after doing the quest with Jade Shaw, and have some distinctions that perhaps can help:

  1. My first experience was by using a technique that I learned with Jade Shaw - in a Lucid Dream I drew a circle on the ground, and entered it with the intention of going out of my body in the dream. It didn’t go so well, because I entered a void and my dream legs stayed behind!;
  2. On my longest Lucid Dream until now, I did Astral projection in one part of it. The distinction was in the quality of the flying - there was no dream body;
    The following experiences happened while I was awake listening to the Robert Monroe 40 minutes meditation:
  3. I have seen with my mind’s eyes a white spiral and entered it. The feeling was awesome because it was like a Lucid Dream but I was “just” meditating. This has happened only once with a high definition;
  4. I have felt the waters (alive and vibrating) in my physical body;
  5. I have felt my subtle energies (hidden bodies); and
  6. I have felt light beings touching me (when I was up in the mountain I felt this several times, which got me curious… but this weekend because I was again in a very pure nature, when I did the daily practice, I felt them… and something inside of me knows that these are entities - kind ones, interacting with my energy bodies).

watched this video yesterday and thought of you @Dream_Hacker

Really great simple visualizations that can help in astral traveling.

In the mean time, I have two more distinctions from my astral projection practice, while listening the OBE Monroe Institute meditation:

  1. My energetic hands were doing mudras, while the physical hands were just totally relaxed;
  2. The sound of the audio came with me into another mind realm, and even though it was kind of strange, I could be very conscious and have fun with it (this also happens in dreams sometimes, the sounds in this reality appear in the dream instead of bringing us back).

Thanks! I’ll take a look! My issue, though, is approaching the exit point. In the morning after waking around 6 hours after going to sleep initially, I often just can’t get back to sleep. That’s what I really need: a track that can get me to the border of sleep reliably…that would be fantastic!

This is the video of “Feeling the Energetic Body” Meditation I created with a friend (after we receive more feedback, Violet Eye and I will create the English version - it is not forgotten). The intention of this “baby” is to help and support advanced meditation practitioners to experience out of body experiences. After minute 13h46 it has no words (just in the end for supporting people coming back)… only sound. Perhaps this might also help…
